Terms & Conditions

To participate in the Gajab Campus Ambassador Program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a currently enrolled college student in Maharashtra or Gujarat
• Active presence on Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Age 18 years or above at the time of application
• Genuine interest in marketing, content creation, or entrepreneurship

Our commission structure is transparent and performance-based:

• 5% commission on first 24 orders (Affiliate Level)
• 7.5% commission from 25th order onwards (Campus Ambassador Level)
• 7.5% commission applies to first & repeat orders from every new user
• 1% additional commission on team/city GMV for leadership roles
• All commissions paid as Gajab Cash vouchers

Eligibility depends on your role. Requirements differ for Affiliates, Campus Ambassadors, Cluster Heads, and City Heads respectively.

• Affiliates: Maintain order FaBullseyes at the affiliate level
• Campus Ambassadors: Higher monthly orders + content requirements
• Cluster Heads: Lead and manage a team of ambassadors with team-level FaBullseyes
• City Heads: Manage city operations with city-level GMV FaBullseyes
• Active participation in WhatsApp community and weekly updates expected at all levels

Payment terms and reward distribution:

• Milestone payouts (2 orders and 24 orders) within 24 hours
• Regular weekly tracking with monthly payout cycle
• All commissions issued as Gajab Cash vouchers
• Quarterly and yearly rewards distributed based on performance ranking
• Founder LOR and experience certificates issued at program completion

All ambassadors must adhere to Gajab's brand values:

• Honest representation of Gajab products and services
• No misleading marketing claims or false promises
• Respectful behavior toward customers and fellow ambassadors
• No engagement in spam or unauthorized promotional activities
• No religious or political content of any kind
• Maintain confidentiality of brand strategies and internal information

Gajab reserves the right to terminate participation under these circumstances:

• Engagement in any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Repeated failure to meet monthly content requirements
• Violation of brand guidelines or code of conduct
• Misrepresentation of Gajab or its products
• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions

Gajab reserves rights regarding program changes:

• Commission rates may be modified without prior notice
• Program structure and rewards may be updated periodically
• Geographical scope may be expanded or modified
• All changes will be communicated via WhatsApp and email
